Additional Requests and Feedback
As much as we would love to accommodate all our clients with urgent posts, we are unable to do this within several hours. We ask all clients to provide any details on special events/offers/promos to us two weeks in advance so that we have enough time to edit them according to our highest standards.
Hashtags & Algorithm Updates
In the social media world, hashtags certainly play a role in Instagram's algorithm, impacting discoverability, reach, and engagement. However, it's important to acknowledge that algorithms change frequently. Therefore, please be aware that our team always prioritizes following the trends, consistently adjusting our strategies and experimenting with the number of hashtags. This approach ensures the highest performance for our client posts, keeping them visible and engaging amidst the algorithm's fluctuations.
Non-Working Days and Posting Updates
At Really Social, we're committed to tailoring our services to suit your unique needs, even during holiday weeks. Your online presence is important to us, and we're here to make it shine.
For our valued clients who receive four posts per week as part of their package, we'll be curating three top-notch posts.
For our clients subscribed to the three-posts-per-week package, we'll be creating two engaging posts while also offering the opportunity to include a customized holiday story, adding that extra flair to this special week.
As for our clients enjoying a two-posts-per-week package, rest assured, you'll still maintain a consistent online presence during the holiday week with our two carefully curated posts.
Content Revision and Posting
We aim to prepare posts in advance and our goal is to upload up to 2 weeks of content to the social media platforms by no later than Thursday. It helps us ensure that everything runs smoothly. Our working hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (EST). We would be grateful if you could approve the posts by Friday noon. This way, the content will be published on time, and we will have time to make the necessary revisions. If we do not receive feedback/approval by Friday noon, in-feed posts and story templates will be considered auto-approved.
Storage of Files
Our team will safely store and back up all digital copies of design files until the final deliverables are provided to clients. Upon delivery, each client is solely responsible for ensuring the safe storage of the final deliverables and the team is released from any liability relating to lost or damaged deliverables.
Fees For Additional Services
Any services outside of the scope of services set out in the original Agreement will be considered additional services. Additional services requested by each client will be charged to each team member at the hourly rate.
